Shipping Policy
Orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours and the progress can be monitored live on the Order Status section.
Deliveries to the UK and EU can be expected within 2 or 5 days. All other destinations should allow for 7 to 14 days delivery.
Due to stringent customs restrictions in NEW ZEALAND, AUSTRALIA, BULGERIA, SOUTH AFRICA and ITALY. We unfortunately no longer ship to these countries.
All shipping and packaging costs are included in the quoted price.
NOTE EXPIRY DATES: Certain products sold on this website are no longer in production and we are selling off what we have left in stock. As such, some of these items might have passed their indicated expiry dates. We have however been assured that these products will be effective for many months and even years to come after the expiry date. We also do our utmost to keep them stored in a cool enivornment to enchance the life expectancy. We accordingly will NOT entertain any refunds or replacements of products passed their indicated expiry date. If this is not acceptable to you then please do not place your orders here but try find an alternative supplier.
Return Policy
Any orders lost, damaged beyond use, confiscated or delayed for more than 30 days from date of order, will be replaced FREE of charge, once only. No cash refunds will be entertained.
