Consult your health care professional before taking this product if taking an MAO inhibitor or other prescription drugs. Discontinue use if dizziness, sleeplessness, tremors, nervousness or headaches occur.

Dosage and Directions for Use: Take 1 capsule after breakfast and, if need be, a 2nd after lunch.  Do not take after 15h00. Store below 25c in a cool dry place.
